Edward Whitmore is a Managing Partner at Starhaven Capital, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees all major investment decisions. Edward is deeply involved in deal structuring, capital raising, and guiding the firm’s development projects from acquisition through to completion. Prior to joining Starhaven, Edward was a Senior Director at Madison Residential Group, where he played a key role in developing institutional-grade multifamily assets, managing project feasibility, financial modeling, and asset dispositions. Edward holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Henry Langford is a Managing Partner at Starhaven Capital, where he oversees all investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, asset management, and dispositions. He is also a member of Starhaven’s investment committee. Prior to joining Starhaven, Henry was a Director at Madison Residential Group, a developer of institutional-grade multifamily assets. There, he led project development, assessed proforma projections, and managed assets through to disposition. Henry holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate, and a B.A. from Columbia University.
